Adel has worked in some of the best restaurants in the world, alongside great chefs like Yannick Alléno and Denis Fetisson. Then it was time for him to travel, to discover the world and especially himself! Upon his return from the United States, Adel confirmed his ambition and talent by working with Arnaud Lallement and then Boris Campanella.
In 2015, his career took a turn when he was selected to participate in the sixth edition of Top Chef. The public discovered a young man with a sunny and captivating personality, who would not leave Vanessa Robuschi, another candidate of the program, indifferent, with whom he now shares his life. After this experience, he joined Vanessa in Marseille, where he was going to be a precious help in the development of his restaurant.
Marseillais by adoption and heart, Adel could only continue his career at the restaurant Les Bains du nhow Marseille, a true Marseille institution where he has been working since 2020.
